9/1 - Bad News for Pacific Turtles and Albatross: NMFS reopens swordfish longlining in Hawaii

Earthjustice filed suit in Hawaii, on behalf of a bunch of other environmental groups, against the National Marine Fisheries Service re-opening the state's longline swordfish practices, claiming they did so without an adequate environmental impact statement.
