Where are the cod-fearing and law-abiding people?

Is it going to take some hellfire and brimstone to make people realize there is a Cod?

The revised ten commandments:

1. Thou shalt have no other oceans before me.
2. Thou shalt not pollute thy oceans
3. Remember the MPas,to keep them holy.
4. Thou shalt not commit bycatch
5. Thou shalt not overfish
6. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy oceans or let big business say "it's pristine"
7. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's clean waterways
8. Honor thy Baseline and History.
9. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven legislation that
threatens thy oceans.
10. Thou shalt stand true in defense of thy oceans, elst the
iniquity of the fathers shalt be visited upon the children
unto the third and fourth generation. (you screw it up or let it get screwed up now, your kids are gonna' pay--stand up and fight NOW!)

Cod endangered? Wow... I didn't think it was that bad. We used to catch them and throw them back all the time in the Pacific, off the coast of Vancouver.
