10/6 - Update on Ocean Legislation

At least three bills are on Capitol Hill and two are co-authored by Rep. Sam Farr, D-Carmel. They would give structure to many of the commission's suggestions.

Why don't we have more leaders like Rep. Farr? Why do we have wanna-be's that only briefly mention the oceans (eg Kerry's environmental page that only mentions the oceans as the very last word http://www.johnkerry.com/issues/environment )


And it's really too bad that when you want to thank a leader like Rep. Farr, you get responses like:
